Yes. ShelfCopy writes to standard Shopify product fields and metafields — no theme-specific code required. The Product JSON-LD schema renders through any theme that exposes metafields.
How long does it take to generate copy for a product?

Will ShelfCopy overwrite my existing product copy automatically?

Can I tune ShelfCopy to match my brand voice?
Yes — the Growth and Scale tiers include brand voice tuning. You provide tone and style notes and ShelfCopy adapts every generation. Default outputs avoid AI filler and banned superlatives like "revolutionary" or "best-in-class".
Is my store data sent to third-party AI services?
Product data (title, type, tags, image URLs) is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for generation. Customer data, orders, and payment information are never read or transmitted by ShelfCopy. See the privacy policy for details.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. ShelfCopy uses Shopify Billing, so you can cancel from your Shopify admin at any time — billing stops at the end of your current cycle. There is a 7-day free trial on every tier, and you are charged on the same invoice as your Shopify subscription. We never see your card details — Shopify handles the entire payment relationship.
How fast is support?

Does ShelfCopy generate copy in languages other than English?
English only at launch. Multi-language generation is on the roadmap.
What happens to my product copy if I uninstall ShelfCopy?
Generated copy stays in your store — it lives in your product fields and metafields, not in ShelfCopy. Uninstalling stops future generations and billing immediately, but your existing content remains intact.
